Over the years, thanks to various training courses and certifications, I have acquired numerous tools based on research in the human, behavioral and neurosciences. These tools enable my customers to better understand human behavior, both their own and that of their teams.

Certified Neuro-practitioner ANC (Approche Neurocognitive et Comportementale – Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach), which stems from an interdisciplinary Research and Development program of the IME (Institut de Médecine Environnementale, Paris), ranging from neuroscience to social sciences, via Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CBT).

Among the many tools available, Profil INC is a behavioral dynamics inventory developed in collaboration with the IME. This tool helps identify intrinsic and conditional motivations, as well as the obstacles to realizing one’s full potential. I use it for coaching, career transition and as a candidate assessment tool for strategic positions.
